Self Check In
Guests can check in from 14:00 on the day of arrival at the Security Guard Station on the ground floor of the property. Guests are requested to provide to the Security Guard a "Check In Code" which will be sent via message in the application. It can be shown on the mobile device or verbally communicated to the Security Guard. Please note that without the Check In Code, it is not possible to check in for security reasons.
Check out
Guest can check out by leaving your room key at the Security Guard Station. Check-out time is 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure.

garbage facility located on the ground floor, at the corner of
building towards Sukhumvit Soi 8.
Cleaning Service
The suite will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once again after your departure. Cleaning in between stay is not included in the price.
Cleaning Service is available on Mon-Sat (14:00-16:30). Kindly make a booking at least one day in advance with your host and once cleaning is confirmed please pay at the security guard station.
